W11-8X3000 Mechanical Three-roller Symmetrical Plate Bending Machine
The structure is a three-roller symmetrical type. The upper roller is at the central symmetric position of the two lower rollers through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston to move vertically, and the final gear of the main reducer drives the gears of the two lower rollers to mesh for rotation.

Main features
The mechanical three-roller symmetrical plate bending machine has a three-roller symmetrical structure. The upper roller moves vertically through the bevel gear at the center of the two lower rollers. The final gear of the main reducer drives the gears of the two lower rollers to mesh. Rotational motion provides torque for rolled plate. The plastic metal plate with flat specifications passes between the three work rolls (two lower rolls and one upper roll) of the bending machine. With the help of the pressing of the upper roll and the rotation of the lower roll, the metal sheet is continuously bent through multiple passes. Produce permanent plastic deformation and roll into the required cylinder, cone or part of them. The disadvantage of this mechanical three-roller bending machine is that the end of the plate needs to be pre-bent with the help of other equipment.
